5.2.1 Voltage levels
The I/O connector voltage levels measured at PWRIN =3 V are shown in Table 5-3.
5.2.2 I/O surface mount pads
Details of the LGA pad functions are shown in Table 5-4. With the round hole on the label
side of the chip facing up and to the left, the pads are designated A-F in columns down and
1-7 in rows across. Pad 1A starts at the hole. See Figure 7-1.
*Reset input should not be driven high by external circuits. It is recommended that this
input is driven low by an open drain interface.
