Click on the “Measurement” tab and set the “Scan Mode” as follows:
Under the “Output Format” field, select Display “Voltage (V)”
Under the “Run For” field, plot the difference of CH0 and CH1.
Under the “Stop Condition” field, select Run “1000 Samples”.
Click on the “Run” button to capture data.
See the LM94022 Transfer Table starting on page 9 of its datasheet to determine the
temperature of the temperature sensor. In this application, the LM94022 is set up with
GS = 00.
Consult a K type thermocouple chart to determine the temperature between the thermocouple
connector and the end of the thermocouple.
