Appendix A for the affected part numbers.

Additional marking on device to reflect lot number for traceability. Please refer to Appendix A for the

change details.

Additional marking on device to improve lot traceability

There is no change in fit and function but change in form, refer Appendix A. The change will not impact

the application of the affected products.

Appropriate buy-off has been performed on representative products which assure no marking

abnormality, consistent with Avago Technologies’ quality standards

Shipment of parts with new marking and new material will commence from 25
