Summary of Supporting Information

ADI is changing from Punched leadframe to SAWN singulated leadframe. Package height will be reduced to 0.75mm from 0.85mm. The punched package will

change from chamfered edges to square edges.

Corrected a typographical error on the datasheet specification page.

Table 1 Output Characteristics

Differential Swing into 50 Ohms now reads Single-ended Swing into 50 Ohms.

To improve manufacturability.

There is no impact on fit, form, function or reliability. Lead length, width, pitch, and coplanarity are all the same. The EPAD size is the same.

Qualification has been performed per ADI0012 on products in similar package. See attached qualification report. See attached Datasheet for package revision

and specification update.
