Selects line-coding format used during RX and TX operations.
00: NRZ
01: Manchester
10: 8/10 line-coding (Not applied to preambles or sync words)
11: Reserved
Modulation format of modem:
0: FSK/GFSK
1: Reserved
When this bit is set the data sent in TX is Gaussian filtered
before transmission enabling GFSK
