FRACTIONAL-N RF/INTEGER-N IF DUAL PLL
Programmable Reference Counter (IF_R_CNTR[16:2])
If the control bit is 00, data is moved from the 24-bit shift register into the R-latch which sets the IF reference
counter. Serial data format is shown in the table below.
