HRVOLL/HRVOLR configure the volume of the left/right
headphone output. HRVOLL and HRVOLR also control
the volume of the receiver output as the receiver signal
1 = Headphone/receiver output muted.
0 = Headphone/receiver output level set by the volume
control bits.
