Table 1: Signal Description
Address bus
Byte High Enable, active low. When low, data transaction on
D[15:8] is enabled. Not used and may be left floating when
IF_CFG is set to 0 (8-bit mode). This signal is relevant only
during boot phase.
Chip Enable, active low
Data bus, low byte
Data bus, high byte. Not used and may be left floating when
IF_CFG is set to 0 (8-bit mode).
Output Enable, active low
Write Enable, active low
Interface Configuration, 1 for 16-bit interface mode, 0 for 8-bit
interface mode.
Lock, active low. When active, provides full hardware data
protection of selected partitions.
Busy, active low, open drain. Indicates that DiskOnChip is
initializing and should not be accessed. A 10 KOhm pull-up
resistor is required even if the pin is not used.
Reset In, active low
Device supply. All VCC pins must be connected.
Ground. All VSS pins must be connected.
Pins not listed in this tabled are reserved, and must be left
floating.
Reserved signal. To insure minimum power consumption, a
10KΩ pull-up resistor is required.
