The 3Sin_fault is an input TPU function that monitors the pin, and if a high to
low transition occurs, immediately sets all PWM channels low and cancels all
further transitions on them. The PWM channels, as well as the synchronization
and resolver reference signal channels (if used), have to be initialized again to
start them running.
