(1) These capacitors must be placed near the IC (less than 1 cm) and have low ESR.
(2) One 100 nF with low ESR near pin 17.
(3) One 100 nF or 220 nF with low ESR near C1 contact (less than 1 cm).
(4) Contact C3 should be routed far from contacts C2, C7, C4 and C8 and, better, surrounded with ground tracks.
(5) Straight and short connections between CGND, C5 and capacitors ground (no loop).
