A hardware reset is accomplished by asserting the RST# pin after powering up the device. It should have a
duration of at least 100 ms to ensure the external 12 MHz and crystal is in stable and correct frequency. All
registers will be reset to default values.
A software reset is accomplished by setting the reset bit (bit 4) of the Ethernet Control Register (address 01
