3.3 Y-axis Misalignment of
Castellation
In the Y-direction, the unit does
not self align after solder reflow.
It is recommended that the unit
be placed in line with the fiducial
mark. This will enable sufficient
land length to form a good joint.
See Fig. 5.0.
