A digital low pass filter is placed between the Hall ADC and the DSP, this is useful to
reduce the noise level.
It has a constant DC amplification of 0dB (this is excactly a gain of 1) which means its
setting has no influence on the internal Hall ADC value.
The bandwidth can be set in 8 steps.
