The center frequencies and cut/boost amount are the followings.

EQB3-0: Select the boost level of 250Hz
EQC3-0: Select the boost level of 1kHz
EQD3-0: Select the boost level of 3.5kHz
EQE3-0: Select the boost level of 10kHz
