The most significant bit in a vector has the highest bit number and the leftmost
position in a field.
The least significant bit in a vector has the lowest bit number and the rightmost
position in a field.
Signal names are written in capital letters, SIGNALNAME.
Active low signals are named, SIGNALNAME*.
Register names are bolded, Register Name.
