8. CONFIGURATION OF DDRAM
Display positions vs. display data RAM (DDRAM) addresses
The above addressing is used because 16 digits
are displayed. The DDRAM stores data for 32
characters.
NOTE :
• The memory in the DDRAM is configured as follows :
As shown above, the 2nd data appears following
the end of the data in the 1st line. Notice that the
addresses are consecutive.
