Primary ground for the majority of the device except the low-side power

When EN is high ( 2.2V), the device is enabled. Ground the pin to
disable the device. Includes internal pull-up.
Open-drain output.
Connect to a 100nF capacitor to GND.
Negative node for the thermistor, which must be located in close
proximity to the battery.
