Error Amplifier EA / Soft-Start (Pin 3, Pin 4)
Figure 9 shows the simplified Error Amplifier circuit. The positive input of the Error
Amplifier (EA) is the reference voltage 5 V. The negative input is the pulsed output
voltage from the auxiliary winding, divided by
