Even the 1.8 V output is well protected against shorts as highlighted in the pictures.
Because the coupling between the 1.8 V and the auxiliary winding is poor, to help the circuit
enter in burst mode the circuitry based on Q2 and Q3 has been added. This circuit senses
the 1.8 V and drives the circuit to work in hiccup mode if this voltage disappears.
Thus all output voltages are protected against shorts in all line and load conditions.
