Before using your USB- or PCI-based emulator, verify that the driver
software is installed properly.
Open the Windows Device Manager and verify that the HPUSB-ICE,
HPPCI-ICE, USB-ICE, or MSP430-ICE appears under ADI Develop-
ment Tools as shown in
