When this box is checked, a break (the user program stops) occurs if
your program accesses an access-prohibited area or writes to a write-
protected area.
Checking this box enables the upper ROM (above 0x10000) of the H8S
family CPU and ensures the memory mapping is set correctly. If a device
with a ROM of 64 kbytes or less is selected then addresses up to
0x1FFFF become a reserved area if the upper ROM is enabled. When
the upper ROM is disabled, the range from the top to 0x1FFFF in the
ROM can be used as an external address space. The upper ROM can
only be used in modes 6 and 7. The upper ROM is enabled by clearing
the EAE bit in the BCRL register. The EAE bit is initialized by a reset or
change of a clock. This must be specified in the user program.
Checking this box allows the HEW to warn you if you downloaded code
into the upper ROM of the H8S family CPU when this ROM has been
disabled by the EAE bit.
Sets the voltage level for the user system. [Down] will be displayed in
[User System Voltage] of the [Extended Monitor] window when the actual
user VCC of the target system is lower than the specified value.
When this box is checked, the reset, NMI, standby, and bus request
signals from the user system are enabled. (Do not input the standby
signal because the hardware standby function is not supported.)
Displays the E6000 driver that is currently installed.
When this box is checked, selection of a driver will be available next time
the emulator is connected.
