Pins 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6
the H8S/2329EF, and P20 to P21, P31, P33, and P35 in the H8S/2319EF. Pull up
the emulator and MCU pins and connect them to the user system. Peripheral
functions that are shared by these pins cannot be used.
The EMLE pin in the H8S/2339EF, H8S/2329EF, and H8S/2319EF must be
pulled up when connecting with the emulator, and connected to ground when not
connecting with the emulator.
