INSTRUCTION 3: M34116 CHANNEL DISCONNECTION
This instruction is necessary to disconnect a party from a conference, to end a transparent mode con-
nection or to end a tone generation.
Two bytes are needed (same format as M116):
# C5–C0: Channel number (0–63)
One time frame must exist between disconnection and connection of the same channel.
