Alternate Ground
AVSS is used to supply the on-chip PLL and the USB PAD.
Alternate Supply Voltage
AVDD is used to supply the on-chip PLL and the USB PAD.

VSS is used to supply the buffer ring and the digital core.
Digital Supply Voltage
