Description
The purpose of the STEVAL-IFS013V1
demonstration kit is to provide a tool for evaluating
the key features of STMicroelectronics’ ZigBee
compliant wireless networking solutions.
ZigBee
sensory network solution and stands apart from
other RF solutions as the only standards-based
technology that addresses the unique needs of
remote monitoring and control of sensory network
applications.
ZigBee
wireless mesh networks with low-cost, low-power
solutions and, for typical monitoring applications,
is capable of running for years on inexpensive
primary batteries.
The STEVAL-IFS013V1 dongle provides a USB
interface which operates either under USB
communication device class (CDC) for virtual
COM port connectivity, or under device firmware
upgrade (DFU) class for reprogramming an
application through USB.
