MPC8572EAMC Functional Description

A heat sink is used to cool the MPC8572E device. The heat sink definition is based on thermal simulation
within an ATCA chassis with an air flow of >2 m/s. Thermal heat compound is used to ensure the heat sink
makes good thermal contact with the microprocessor. Placing the MPC8572EAMC near the fan outlet also
helps maximize cooling.
