The N67xx Modular
Power System (MPS)
The N67xx MPS is a module-
based power system that
consists of a mainframe
(N6700A/B) and modules
(N673xB—N676xA)
output modules can be installed
in each Agilent N6700A
mainframe.
Table 1

the 6623A is replaced by an
N6700A or N6700B mainframe
with three modules: two

These N67xxA module’s voltage,

N67xxA module’s features
and capabilities are also a
superset of the 662xA.
