Control Block
Pin GND5V (pin 26) is the main power ground connection for the control logic registers, the I²C bus
interface, synthesizer, watchdog and the crystal oscillator.
Pin VDD5V (pin 25) is a digital 5-V power supply.
This pin (pin 22) is the I²C bus clock line. It requires an external pull-up (for example, 10 k at 5V).
