Quality Conform ance Inspection
The applicable inspection plan will specify sam pling acceptable quality level to be used. Dim ensional
and functional requirem ents shall be in accordance with applicable product drawing and this
specification.
Sam ple Selection
Connector housings and contacts shall be prepared in accordance with applicable Instruction
Sheets and shall be selected at random from current production. Test groups 1, 2 and 3 shall each
consist of 3 connectors of the greatest num ber of position of each type offered. Two additional
specim ens shall be selected from least num ber of positions offered and tested with group 2. Test
group 4 shall consist of 20 contacts.
Test Sequence
Qualification inspection shall be verified by testing sam ples as specified in Figure 1.

All sam ples tested in accordance with this specification shall m eet the stated tolerance lim it.
Failures attributed to equipm ent, test setup, or operator deficiencies shall not disqualify the
product. W hen product failure occurs, corrective action shall be taken and sam ples
resubm itted for qualification.
