Multiplexed bus. Address and data signals.
Output Enable, active low.
Write Enable, active low.
Sets multiplexed interface. Multiplexed mode is automatically
entered when a rising edge is detected on this ball.
Identification. For Mobile DiskOnChip 16MB, up to two chips can
be cascaded in the same memory window, according to the
following assignment:
Chip 1: ID0 = VSS; required for single chip
Chip 2: ID0 = VCC
Lock, active low. When active, provides full hardware data
protection of selected partitions.
Busy, active low, open drain. Indicates that DiskOnChip is
initializing and should not be accessed. A 10 K
required even if the ball is not used.
Interrupt Request. Requires a 10 KΩ  p ull-up resistor.
Reset, active low.
I/O power supply. Sets the logic ‘1’ voltage level range of I/O
balls/pins. VCCQ may be either 2.5V to 3.6V or 1.65V to 2.0V.
Requires a 10 nF and 0.1 µF capacitor.
Device supply. All VCC balls must be connected; each VCC ball
requires a 10 nF and a 0.1 µF capacitor.
Ground. All VSS balls must be connected.
