This section describes various Mobile DiskOnChip Plus registers and their functions, as listed in Table 3. This
section can be used to enable the designer to better evaluate DiskOnChip technology.

Chip Identification (ID) Register
Reserved for future use. This bit is undefined during a read cycle and “don’t care” during a write
cycle.
Reserved for future use; when read, this bit always returns the value 0; when written, software should
ensure that this bit is always set to 0.
Reserved for future use; when read, this bit always returns the value 1; when written, software should
ensure that this bit is always set to 1.
Refers to the value immediately present after exiting from Reset mode to Normal mode.
This register is used to identify the device residing on the host platform. It always returns 41H
when read.
