Upon power-up, bring the PDN pin = “L”. Initialize the internal registers to default values after the PDN pin = “H”. Set the
following registers to establish the initial condition.

BF bit sets BICK output frequency in master mode.
PLL1-0 bits set MCLK input frequency in PLL mode.
