5.4. OSCX Oscillation
The OSCX is an internal 4MHz RC or external ceramic/crystal oscillator. The software options can select the ceramic or
internal RC as the CPU's clock.
(1) OSCX Crystal Oscillator

When the internal 4MHz RC is selected, the OSCXI pin and OSCXO pin will also be set as PORTE.0, PORTE.1.
