The timing and control circuit can be programmed to sub-sam-
ple pixels in the “Active Window” vertically, horizontally or both,
with an aspect ratio of 2:1 as illustrated in figure 16.

The pixel read out will depend on the programmed
scan order as described in section 4.0.
For max FPN performance it is recommended to
always switch on the averaging feature when sub-
sampling (see next section).

neighboring pixels in the analog domain before sub-sampling.
This can be done in the horizontal and vertical direction shown
in the table below
