0001 = 0.1 Hz
0010 = 0.204 Hz
0011 = 0.406 Hz
0100 = 0.813 Hz
0101 = 1.625 Hz
0110 = 3.25 Hz
0111 = 6.5 Hz
1000 = 13 Hz
1001 = 26 Hz
All other values = 26 Hz
One Shot Trigger
With the LM96163 in the STANDBY mode a single write to this register will
initiate one complete temperature conversion cycle. Any value may be written.
