DESCRIPTION
The MAS9191A is a high integration BeCMOS IC for
implementing the audio and data signal processing in
AMPS, ETACS or NAMPS cellular phones. The
power consumption of the device is very low due to
several automatic and software controlled power
down modes as well as the low power characteristics
