If you use the onboard Ethernet controller, check the external magnetics
circuitry carefully. The magnetics can be connected to the ConnectCore XP 270
module directly without additional components.
Check that you have at least one pullup resistor on the RESET_IN# signal
(X1/26.)
Do you have buffers for the address bus and databus?
Note: There are no buffers on the ConnectCore XP 270 module itself. Use
the shortest possible connection for these signals.
The maximum component height on the baseboard beneath the ConnectCore XP
270 module is 1.1mm.
nBATT_FAULT on connector X1 pin 31 is active low — leave open or tie to VCC
if unused!
ConnectCore XP 270 signals are not 5V tolerant. Use buffers or level shifters for
5V signal interfacing.
