PCA Timer/Counter Overflow flag
Set by hardware when the PCA Timer/Counter rolls over. This
generates a PCA interrupt request if the ECF bit in CMOD register
is set.
Must be cleared by software.

Clear to turn the PCA Timer/Counter off.
