1) 2.8V is the voltage which is at least required that the LNA of a device is in high gain mode over the whole RF-
input level range. 3.3V is required that the LNA of each device is reliable in high gain mode over the whole RF-
input level range (considering also the production spread).
2) Maximum voltage in Power-On state is 4V, but in PDWN-state the maximum voltage is 2.8V.
