1) TSYNC in the frame mode (TCR2.3 = 0) and double-wide frame sync is not enabled (TCR2.4 = 0).
2) TSYNC in the frame mode (TCR2.3 = 0) and double-wide frame sync is enabled (TCR2.4 = 1).
