Quad High-Side and Octal

Low-Side Switch for Automotive

discrete high-side MOSFETs (two 10 mΩ and two 40 mΩ) and an

integrated IC control die consisting of eight low-side drivers (600 mΩ

each) with appropriate control, protection, and diagnostic features.
