In PBX applications with decentral D-channel handling, all D-channels can be handled
by a D-channel arbiter of the ELIC, PEB 20550; one signalling controller in multiplexer
mode (SACCO-A) can be used for up to 32 ISDN subscribers. A terminal is allowed to
send data only when the signalling controller is available and the subscriber was
selected by the arbiter. The command
