Based on the NTC built into the EconoDUAL
temperature measurement in the range of -40°C…150°C. Under the assumption that the junction
temperature is equal to the base plate temperature the junction temperature can be estimated. Output
voltage vs. base plate temperature is shown on Figure 9.

Note: This temperature measurement is not suitable for short circuit and may be used to protect the module
form long term overload conditions or malfunction of the cooling system.
