This reference is a description of the silk screen name “A B C D E” that matches the footprint version
option to the package pin number (“1 2 3 4 5 6”).
For example, A1 means footprint version option A, package pin number 1.
The current BFMP programming specifications has pin 1 (J1-1) unconnected. These footprints are to
support possible future functionality enhancements.
Revision 1 of the PCB has through-holes that are too small to support this switch. For Revision 1 boards,
please use surface-mount switches.
