7 Blackfin uClinux Tool Chain
To be able to cross‐compile uClinux for the Blackfin processor, you must install the tool chain
from the Blackfin uClinux web site on your development workstation.
The

Most versions are available in the RPM format. The necessary files will be installed in the

If you want to compile the tool chain from source, you can use a build script that is
contained in the tool chain’s source code package. This works for released tool chains as well
as for tool chains from SVN. Please refer to the following web site for instructions:
