When configured in the RF busy mode, the RF WIP/BUSY pin is tied to 0 from the SOF that
starts the Read Multiple Block command to the end of the M24LR16E-R response.
When configured in the RF write in progress mode, the RF WIP/BUSY pin remains in high-Z
state.

When receiving the Select command:
The M24LR16E-R answers an error code only if the UID is equal to its own UID. If not, no
response is generated. If an error occurs, the M24LR16E-R remains in its current state.
