Slider
This sensor style uses a Flooded X design (see
10) and can operate with 3 or more channels. The basic layout rules listed in
do the layer separation rules.
When designing a slider, if the height of the X electrodes are 8 mm or less, then a single Y trace can be
used, as in
maximum separation to 4 mm (see
Figure 6-3.
