Clear <BC2:0> to “000” before switching the operation mode to the clock-synchronous
8-bit SIO mode.

After a reset, the <SCK0/SWRMON> bit is read as “1.” However, if the SIO mode is
selected at the SBInCR2 register, the initial value of the <SCK0> bit is “0.”
Initial value for frequency select is <SCK[2:0]>=000, and there is no relation to the initial
reading value.
