0 = mute.
1 = unmute (default).
Headphone volume control enable. Logical OR with the HPMODE bit in Register R30. If either the HPEN bit or
the HPMODE bit is set to 1, the headphone output is enabled.
0 = disabled (default).
1 = enabled.
