The PWM fault mask register, enables individual fault sources. When an input is asserted,
PWM behavior is determined by the <CrossRef>PWM Fault Control Register (PWM-
FCTL).
The PWM Fault Mask (PWMF) the Comparator 0-3 outputs generate PWM faults and the
associated fault system exception. The bits in this register only be set. All other writes are
ignored.
